FAQ's

SHIPPING:

What is your turnaround time for shipping? Each product will have a turnaround time at the bottom of the listing. Some items are ready-to-ship and others are made-to-order and have a processing time. If you purchase more than one product with different turnaround/processing times, your order will ship all together and your turnaround time for that order will be the greatest listed time of the products you purchased.

Will I be refunded for any shipping overages? Any overcharge on shipping greater than $1.00 will be refunded.

RETURNS:

Do you accept returns? Returns are only accepted when there is an issue with fit. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return. The product must be returned to me (you pay return shipping) within 14 days of your request in the new condition in which it was received. If there are stains, tears or other signs of wear or damage, you will not be issued a refund. There are NO RETURNS on custom garments/Couture Services.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

The product I want is sold out, is there any chance of it coming back? Maybe. This really just depends on one thing and that's whether or not I have more of the same fabric or the ability to get more. I usually remove sold out items from my site fairly quickly so if you catch something that is sold out and you want the exact item or something similar, please email me at sarah@sarahjonescouture.com to discuss availability.

CUSTOM REQUESTS/COUTURE SERVICES:

Do you accept custom requests? Yes, I am always happy to hear your ideas! Please visit my Couture Service page for more information. Please note, custom requests/couture service will require a 50% deposit of your order total and no refunds will be issued if you choose to cancel your custom order.
